Once we receive your order, you will be sent a pre-labeled return address envelope. Included in the package will be everything you need to send us your ashes, or mementoes, securely.
Each piece is created based on your specifications. Once you reach out to us and tell us the scope of the project, we can give you a better time. Normal times are 4-6 weeks.
